Common Questions:
I've paid for my reading. Now what?
A:  After you purchase a reading with me, I will e-mail you to begin our consultation. I will then review your question to ensure that I can answer it in line with my Code of Ethics. If I feel that your question may need to be rephrased, I will consult with you first. 

 

What is included in the readings?
A: A personalized spread, created for your situation and question, a photograph of your spread and a pdf of your reading.

 

Do you accept refunds?
A: All sales for readings are final. I am exceptionally passionate about my practice and have wonderful clients and past students who would happily stand by my integrity. However, if I cannot agree on a spread that appropriately answers your questions, I will offer you a refund. It can take between 3 and 5 business days to receive your reading after our initial consultation and if I have any questions I'll let you know. 

 

I need to cancel my reading. What happens next?
A: Cancelations/Refunds will only be provided upon mutual agreement when the actual reading has not been performed. 
However, if your Tarot reading has been performed and completed, there will be no refund. This is because Tiffany pours her heart and soul into your reading and invests a significant amount of time and energy into your situation. We will make our best attempts to clarify any questions you have and to give you advice on how to get the most out of your reading experience.

 

How long do readings take?
A: Because of factors like time zone and working hours, please allow 24-48 hours for your request to process. Readings then take 1-3 business days.

 

Do you offer in-person or skype readings?
A:  At this time, I am only offering written/email readings. Audio to come soon!
